Arbi is an entertainment and informational dispute-resolution platform that uses AI-assisted logic to help two parties reach a structured decision on a disagreement. Arbi is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice or legal representation, and does not constitute binding arbitration in any legal or statutory sense unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement signed by XXIII, LLC.

Results generated by Arbi are for platform use and personal dispute-resolution convenience only. They carry no legal weight or enforceability beyond what the parties voluntarily agree to honor.

Use of Arbi does not create any legal, fiduciary, professional advisory, or attorney-client relationship between you and XXIII, LLC or any of its affiliates, employees, or contractors. Nothing communicated through Arbi should be construed as legal counsel.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and lawfulness of everything you submit through Arbi. You agree not to submit content that is:

• False, fraudulent, or deliberately misleading
• Defamatory, harassing, or threatening
• Infringing on any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights
• Unlawful under any applicable law

XXIII, LLC reserves the right to suspend or cancel any case involving content that violates these conditions, without refund and without prior notice.

By initiating or joining a paid case, you agree to the following:

• Stake fees are collected via Stripe and held until a decision is reached.
• Platform fee: A fee is deducted from the total pool before payout. Disclosed at case creation.
• Payout: The winning party receives the net payout after platform fee, via the platform's payout flow.
• Claim window: Winning parties must claim any available payout within 72 hours of the decision being issued. Unclaimed payouts after this period are forfeited and retained by the platform.
• Payout eligibility: Payout availability is subject to identity verification and connected payout account requirements. Platform decisions on payout timing and eligibility are final except where required by law.
• Refunds: If the opposing party never joins and the case expires, the paying party is eligible for a refund. No refund is issued once both parties have joined and the case has progressed.
• Fraud and abuse: XXIII, LLC may delay or withhold payout where fraud, abuse, or manipulation is detected, pending internal review.

By using Arbi, you acknowledge and accept that:

• AI outputs may be imperfect, incomplete, or incorrect.
• The decision reflects the information submitted — the quality of inputs matters.
• Results are final within the platform and are not subject to appeal through XXIII, LLC.
• XXIII, LLC does not manually review or override AI-generated decisions except in cases of suspected fraud or platform abuse.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XXIII, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising out of or related to your use of Arbi.

In no event shall XXIII, LLC's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to XXIII, LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Arbi is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. XXIII, LLC does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Arbi is developed and operated by XXIII, LLC. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and XXIII, LLC with respect to your use of Arbi. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which XXIII, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
