- Case content: The names, descriptions, and arguments you and the opposing party submit as part of a dispute.
- Payment information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. We receive confirmation of payment status and payout data.
- Usage data: Basic interaction data such as case creation timestamps, status transitions, and session activity.
- Contact information: If you contact us directly, we may collect your name and email address.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect solely to:
- Operate and deliver the Arbi dispute-resolution service
- Process payments and manage payouts via Stripe
- Generate AI-assisted decisions based on submitted case content
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or platform manipulation
- Respond to support requests or legal inquiries
- Improve platform reliability and user experience
3. AI Processing
Case content you submit — including party names, dispute descriptions, and supporting arguments — is processed by an AI model to generate a structured decision. By submitting content to Arbi, you consent to this processing. Do not submit sensitive personal information (e.g., government IDs, financial account numbers, medical data) through case submissions.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- Stripe: Payment processing and payout operations are handled by Stripe, Inc., subject to their privacy policy.
- AI providers: Case content is submitted to our AI inference provider for decision generation.
- Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of XXIII, LLC or others.
5. Data Retention
Case data — including submissions, decisions, and payment records — is retained for a minimum of 90 days following case closure to support dispute resolution, fraud review, and payout verification. We may retain anonymized or aggregated data indefinitely for platform improvement purposes.

6. Cookies and Tracking
Arbi does not use third-party advertising trackers or behavioral profiling cookies. We may use minimal session or functional storage (e.g., localStorage) to preserve UI state during your session.
7. Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data. All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on Arbi servers. However, no system is perfectly secure — use Arbi at your own risk.
8. Children
Arbi is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data through Arbi, contact us at support@arbi.app and we will take appropriate action.
9. Changes to This Policy
XXIII, LLC reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of Arbi after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made.
